The original image source corresponds to an ultrasound study archived in its original format (multiframe DICOM). After the conversion to the .flv format, the resulting video is about 3.6MB for less than 3 secs, so the bitrate is much higher than usual (lossless compression), in the range of 10Mbps. The original DICOM file is about 10MB (RLE compression). Note that the final video has still the whole information of the original one since no lossy transformations have been done.
